Great hints when needed

If you like escape rooms or the computer Nancy drew games, this is the game for you. It’s incredibly fun and has the best graphics and is a great puzzle solving mind challenging game. I cannot recommend this game enough

Love puzzle games, this was a bit more difficult, but intriguing.

The game is visually stunning!!! But the game itself isn’t good, unlike the first one. Very little logic is used and it mainly just finding keys to locks and lining things up. It’s boring and definitely a waste of money. I wouldn’t enjoy it even if it was free.

This game just keeps me coming back for more. I’ve been waiting too long for something new so I came back for another go around:)

I like it. But at the end of the game it gets annoying because I have to keep going to the other rooms and there is too much clicking and sometimes I go to the wrong room. But otherwise it’s great.

I first played The Room so many years ago. It was incredibly unique at the time, and I was mesmerized. Years later, many folks have copied these developers. But they are the best. There is SO much time and attention to detail. I’m really blown away. This is the kind of game we would have paid serious $$$ back in the CD ROM days for. It is a serious bargain now. I no longer like to even play free games because the ads bug me so much. I’d much rather pay a few dollars and get a gem like this. I’m going back now and playing them all again. Realized I never finished this one before. I didn’t even realize back then you could play for different endings! Thank you for these games. I don’t know if you’re still making games, but I hope so!!

This game exceeded expectations in all categories. Ease of use, good clues, great graphics and logic in the puzzles. Enjoyed it immensely. This is what a game should be.

Astonishing graphics, great puzzles, intricate design. This is a FANTASTIC game! I wish there were one hundred more just like it

This is my first time actually purchasing a real deal mobile game and I did not realize what I’ve been missing. I’m hooked!! I’ve played free versions of basic escape rooms but this is the like the Mecca of all escape room games. I appreciate all the intricacies, the graphics are great, navigation is solid. I definitely recommend and plan to buy more of these once I’m done this one. It’ll take you a while to get through so the value is definitely there.

This was the most rewarding and challenging game I had ever played. The extra secrets (I’m trying not to spoil) were the best plot twist ever. This is so incredibly well made and I am so happy to have played all of these games. Nothing but respect to the developers

These are the BEST puzzle games I’ve ever found. I try never to spend money on game apps but I’ve purchased every one of the Room games. I truly hope they make more chapters! I’m a huge fan.

Just when you think you’ve played them all, you pick up The Room Three and have your mind blown. Phone puzzle games can sometimes be straight forward and aid you more than you like. The beauty of this game is when you finish, theres EVEN MORE TO DO and the best part, NO HINTS! Truly a mind bending, puzzling, exciting, and beautiful game.

I love everything about this game. Slightly creepy, satisfying gameplay with deep rumbling sounds. Difficult, but not impossible. Hints easily accessible and don’t spoil the fun. Leaves me wanting more.

This whole series is just absolutely the best game I’ve played on iPad, so unlike anything else out there. Some parts are frustrating in their difficulty, but satisfying in the end. The clues can help you as much or as little as you want. The games and puzzles are so complex that I can replay the game, and have just as much fun again. I only wish they would make a 2D version of their latest.

This game and the others in this set are the benchmarks of puzzle games. They set standard for playability and fun as well as intuitive play that moves the game along fast without being stuck for months. This allows you to retain ownership of actually solving the game without resorting to full walkthroughs with all other games . Please keep making games often!

I started with the first game in this series and I have to say that this one is the best so far!

What an amazing and then alternate ending options as well?! I can’t wait to start the whole series over. And to try the prequel. This is what games should be.

This is a game that will keep you hunting and thinking from the very beginning to the end. It will not disappoint you.

Highly polished graphics, sound, puzzles that connect to a mysterous story that leads the player deeper and deeper to discover more. So engaged by the sounds and beauty of this amazing world. It changed the way I look at the “real world”. Spend 13 hours to discover all of the secrets, kept returning and returning to feel the amazement and ambience.

I thought 1 & 2 were great but the fact that there are alternate endings is awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed playing The Room Three!

Just finished the first chapter and I can’t believe the level of detail and the imagination which went into this. Absolutely stunning.

This is the mistake version where they try to control everything and make moves be exactly precise to work. It is easier to program if you only allow a precise movement (such as opening a book, not talking about something that should be precise). Many games do this to squeeze every dime out of the concept that may be running short of newer ideas. And for heavens sake put in the 4 lines of code in and let me skip the tutorial!

I’ve been a long time fan of the Cyan projects (original play station game Myst). Have looked for years for games of this type where shooting, racing, speed etc. were not the premise of the game. Using your brain to deduce and calculate your moves. Mind twisting puzzles. Games where taking notes and forcing you to sometimes remember symbols and or instructions to solve many different types of puzzles. This so reminds me of Myst, Riven, Ur etc. makes me wonder are some of Cyans writers here or were they influenced by them. But I have to say in three words. I LOVE IT!!! Gentlemen and Ladies PLEASE KEEP IT UP!!! It’s awesome to have a game on the phone of this caliber.

I absolutely love puzzle games and this is by far the best one I have ever played. I played The Room 2+ on Apple Arcade and was instantly hooked. Got to the end of this game thinking that it couldn’t possibly be over when there was clear stuff I missed. What a wonderful surprise to see that there were alternate endings that I can find! Can’t get enough of this and I’m so excited to keep playing.

This is probably the best game I have played. I have solved one of the 4 possible endings and of course I’m going back to see the other 3.

This third rendition was fun and beautifully done, however, it does heavily reuse all the same puzzles and elements from the first two versions. I hope the creators will push themselves to add new and fresh aspects.

I love The Room series. Why is Old Sins still the last one?!?!

This was such a beautiful, well crafted, atmospheric game. I felt the story line and chapters were more cohesive and thematic than Room 1 and 2. You get this wonderful, dark academia vibe throughout the whole game that is moody and somewhat eerie without being creepy. I did have to use the hints a few times, but mostly I was able to figure things out on my own and didn’t get overly frustrated. My only issues were really the ‘trackball’ function and not understanding how to use a rotary phone. I was initially hesitant to purchase the game since it was more than I usually spend on apps but now after finishing it I realize that the love and time put into this was extraordinary and definitely worth more than the cost.

I have absolutely enjoyed this entire series! Thank you to the developers! Truly wish I knew about it before now. I look forward to this game everyday. Great app

What a fantastic app. Love the addition of alternative endings. Very creative concept for an escape room. Usually sequels aren’t as good as the original, but y’all keep getting better. Keep up the good work. My kids & I love playing your rooms. You’ve definitely got repeat customers here! Thanks for all the time , energy, and creativity you’ve poured into your game.

The Rooms I and II were great games, but this one is incredible! The puzzles are intricate and take a lot of thought, but they’re not so difficult that no one can complete them. The graphics and animation are unbelievable! I’ve said it before, but I can’t believe this game sells for so little! If you consider the intricate plot, the intricate puzzles, the story progression, and the wonderful artwork, this could sell for a lot more. I want to thank all those associated with The Room Three for making it accessible.

There are no words to describe this game…other than outstanding, phenomenal, unexpected, and genius. This game expands your mind as well as your horizons. It makes you see the possibilities of what could be and maybe what you wish would be. It goes without saying that the creators of this game deserve nothing less than the very best praise and gratitude for this game!!!

Alternate endings. There are more games with alternate endings. ALL of them share a superior quality. The room is excellent entertainment!!

The room series is hands down the best game of this type I’ve ever seen. I hope this dev comes out with a new game soon. Game play has been one disappointment after another since I finished the Room 3.

As much as I love the room games, this is one of my least favorite. I love the amount of time and effort and love and care put into this game. The only two things I don’t like is the fact that there’s no way to play specific levels and two of the puzzles are boring once you figure them out, these being the clock puzzle in the study and the maze in the observatory. I know you guys probably aren’t coming back to this game but if you do, just add a puzzle selection feature. That’s all I’d need

I have now completed all three Rooms including all 4 alternate Grey Holm (Room 3) endings. They tell a compelling (though dark) cohesive story with intrigue to keep you interested past the sometimes frustrating challenges. Well done. I look forward to my next adventure in Old Sins.

I have played them all and I have to say worth the money in every way . I have played the free versions also and they did not disappoint,wish there were more versions to play! If you like a challenge give them a try .

It’s a good game. Reminds me of a chess puzzle or a mother goose story. It’s mysterious quality keeps you intrigued but the hints sort of give it away. It almost feels like some else is playing the game for you which isn’t very fun.
